REFUND POLICY

Returns are not accepted

We are a business to business wholesaler, not a business to consumer

We do not accept returns, refunds or any cancellations unless the items are faulty.

Please ensure that you clearly read all of the information  and pictures provided on each product page​

As a B2B store, we do not accept cancellations .

We can only consider cancellations for exceptional circumstances and the decision is made by Nicholls Wholesale Goods

PRE ORDERED ITEMS

We are unable to cancel and action any refunds on any pre-order items  unless we decide to no longer get them for any reason.

Please note that the arrival dates of pre order items can be impacted by number of different situations. No refunds can be made for items pre-ordered and if their delivery is delayed due to reasons beyond our control.

When purchasing with us you agree to these terms and conditions.

DAMAGES & ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 24 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We will issue a refund within 24 hours of receiving photos of any damaged items

Once you have reported any damages to us, and we have issued you a refund, We will not be held responsible for any further damages that haven't been reported in the first instance.

In order for us to rectify any problems, we will request that you send pictures in the first instance and may request for these to be returned.

ZERO TOLERANCE

This applies to all members of the general public who contact Nicholls Wholesale Goods in any way.

Staff of Nicholls Wholesale Goods have the right to be treated with respect. Aggressive, rude or abusive behaviour towards any member of staff is unacceptable and will not be tolerated.

We understand that people can become angry when they feel that matters about which they feel strongly are not being dealt with as they wish. If that anger escalates into aggression towards our staff, we consider that unacceptable.

Any aggression or abuse directed towards our staff will not be tolerated and will result in your order being cancelled and refunded with immediate effect
